360° Team Performance Profile


Program Summary:

The Team Performance Profile (TPP) measures a team on nine key performance factors.  These include the eight work functions of the Team Management Profile (TMP) and the coordinated activity of Linking.

The TPP provides feedback from team members and other identified groups (management team, peer groups, supervisors or customers). Each measurement is evaluated based on level of satisfaction and importance as reported by internal and external groups. Teams identify those work functions that are perceived as being critical to their effectiveness. Action planning provides the team an opportunity to manage identified gap areas and to improve communications with other teams.

Learning Outcomes:

  • Provides a ‘snapshot’ of team performance which can be used as a benchmark for future audits
  • Allows the team to pinpoint those work functions they perceive as being the key to their effectiveness
  • Identifies those tasks which could be redistributed to the most appropriate team members so that energies are channeled more effectively
  • Helps the team to improve their interactions with other groups
