ConocoPhillips Builds Bikes and Bonds
The entire staff from ConocoPhillips Corporate Investor Relations and Communications department came together in Houston, TX for their Annual meeting and
accepted the Charity Bike Team Challenge which resulted in beautifully decorated bikes that were donated to the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Houston.
This event preceded a speaker on “ The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team” and was intended to provide experiential team building skills to “try on” prior to “hearing” about high performing team behaviors/skills. The team left energized and excited about their key learning which they planned to take back to the workplace!
