Bank of America Leadership Team Competes in the Win IT
A Bank of America Senior Leadership team took a break to energize the team during an intensive multi-day meeting in Newark, Delaware. Teams were competitive, ready for some fun, and meant serious business.
The kick-off introduced the TEAM Model for High Engagement Teams matching individual work styles with areas of preference when problem-solving. The teams that put this into practice excelled during the fast-paced series of complex challenges. Outwitting the competition, each challenge was met hands-on with intense focus. A quick debrief between challenges identified opportunities for increased performance.
Teams rallied while scores were tallied after each challenge. In the end, two teams tied for first place! It was a win all the way around though as teams had the opportunity to increase personal awareness and overall team performance.
