Corporate Teams visited Madison, WI to facilitate a Charity Team Challenge for the sales managers of Charter Media. They incorporated an afternoon of fun and intense collaborative team building exercises into their two-day sales conference. In addition to gaining valuable insights on how to work better as a team, they also gave back to their community by assembling bikes and contributing them to the Dane County Boys/Girls Club.
All were surprised at the end of the team building session when the kids personally received their bikes from the sales teams. It was the perfect ending for an afternoon of intensely competitive team exercises, learning how to better work together, and achieving an effective team balance.
