Exxon Mobil Southeast Region – Universal City Walk Mission Impossible Orlando, FL
While most of the country was dealing with the relentless, frigid temps, and snow and ice that Winter 2014 has dealt, the lucky members of the Exxon Mobil Southeast Region had the opportunity to escape to warm, sunny Orlando for a few days for a National Sales Meeting! While in Orlando, Corporate Teams was fortunate to have the opportunity to work with this group for the Mission Impossible Team Challenge at Universal City Walk.
As we kicked off the program, it was apparent this was a fiercely competitive group – with teams claiming victory before the program even started! After being encouraged to slow things down a bit and spend the necessary time to “Think” before “Acting” the teams were ready to engage in the fun!
From boogie boarding, to “rocking out” with KISS, to dressing up in Spanish attire, the southeast region’s competitive spirit was obvious – as was the collaboration among the members on each team. As the teams checked in for final scoring, laughter, smiles and of course, competitive banter, filled the air. In the end, only a couple thousand points separated the teams, and more importantly, the group bonded and formed some wonderful memories along the way!
