MetLife Catapult Challenge
It was a beautiful day in Somerset New Jersey as the MetLife teams gathered to build their catapults. They were ready to dive into a day of communication, action, and management! Even before they began building each team said that their catapult would go the distance.
Each team worked with different strategies on building and testing their device. All of the teams worked together, always checking each other’s work to make sure they were all on track. If something didn’t work they would switch strategies, adapting to each situation as it arose.
As time ticked down the teams put the finishing touches on their catapults. Everyone tested and worked together to make adjustments. Each team battled fiercely, hoping that their catapult had the longest distance. In the end both teams walked way knowing how better to work together in the future.
