Optum Heads into Boulder
Optum headed out to Boulder from around the country for part of their yearlong Leadership and Development program. Fourteen leaders headed out into the Rocky Mountain morning for an energetic Mission Impossible Event on the Pearl Street Mall. They were eager to start, learn new strategies, and get to know each other along the way.
Breaking into two teams they broke into some friendly trash-talking over which team would win. After a few minutes of strategizing they took off at a run in different directions. Through fierce competition they ran about the mall, but only one team could come out on top…
