The Spirax Sarco team came together to kick off Spring in Columbia, SC with an afternoon of collaborative team building and charitable giving.
The group of 150 employees competed through a series of intensely competitive and complex strategic team activities to earn parts to build 18 bikes for kid’s from the Boys/Girls Club of the Midlands. The lucky recipients competed for the opportunity to receive their new bikes by earning raffle tickets for displays of ‘good behavior’. Wow! What smiles on the kids and Spirax Sarco team alike as the two groups were brought together.
