Syntel Teams Take It to Heart
The annual Syntel team building event at the lovely La Canterra Resort in San Antonio, TX started with an open dialogue on Children’s Hospital and everyone taking the opportunity to share an experience from their own lives. Everyone was respectfully silent as each story was shared. This created a deeper connection to their teammates as well as a deeper connect to the Buddies for Health event they were about to begin.
It didn’t take long for them to get into challenge mode as they earned their stuffed animals, t-shirts, and design materials. Each team had a blast decorating and competing with each other. In the end the Purple team won a special prize from Syntel. The event concluded after hearing from Child Life Specialist from the Children’s Hospital. Each person walked away feeling fulfilled by what they had done and knowing what they were going to do to keep the ripple of goodness going.
