Winterbotham Stays Cool at the Beach
The global leadership Winterbotham team hit the sand and surf for the Amazing Adventure Race at Oleta River State Park. The hot summer sun didn’t deter teams as they raced through the park in search of race challenges. Each team had the opportunity to get knee deep into the water for a high stakes game of beach ball as a cool down between challenges – with some taking a full dip into the refreshing Atlantic Ocean. That didn’t slow down the pace. Teams raced through the sand to the finish. A lively debrief capped off a great day and left the team with key takeaways to drive performance across their global team.
